Honey Diet- A Sweeter Alternative to Crash Diets

In winter season, people get fatter more than any other season. The reason is simple: winter is time for being inside and people tend to eat more doing activities like watching TV. Due to gloomy weather, it gets delightful to eat hot food and soup. Since it gets colder outside, we need extra calories to stay warm. The result is that they end up gaining weight. In winter, it doesn’t seem to be a problem since the layers of clothes hide the extra weight, belly and curves. But as the summer season comes, same weight starts to bother them since it gets harder to hide weight behind the layer of clothes. To lose the extra weight, people tend to go crash diet. Crash diet is a method to lose weight in which the calorie intake is reduced drastically. It may help them lose weight in short term but in the long term, it creates more harm than benefits.
