Boltt Xplode 130 has an elegant and handy design. 20W audio driver and dual horn inside makes for a great sound and powerful bass.
It is equipped with a 3000 mAh battery which provides playtime of around 14 hours. Charging time is 3 hours.
It has a large subwoofer horn capable which provides full-spectrum audio with incredible 100db bass effect and clarity at any listening level.
It has a built-in microphone for hands-free speakerphone calling on the move. The rubberized coating is protected against impacts and make it more durable.
It is splash-proof, rain-proof, dust-proof, sand-proof and shockproof. It comes in a classic rectangular bar shape with premium rubberized coating, that gives it a sleek and rugged look.
This speaker supports TWS or True Wireless Stereo, which allows the pairing of two speakers together to play sound in stereo mode. By controlling the master device, the audio can be played in sync on both devices with 3D digital surround combined with DSP technology and twin subwoofer stereo sound for pitch-perfect output.
The speaker has five buttons on the top- Power On/Off, Mode Selection, Play/Pause/Answer or Reject Call, Volume Down/Previous Track and Volume Up/Next Track. At the back, there are three ports- Charging port, UBS flash disk port and AUX-IN port.
Boltt Xplode 130 Performance
There are three ways to listen to music on the Boult Xplode 130: Bluetooth, AUX cable and USB flash disk. Before using the speaker, I charged it completely using the USB cable.
To power on the speaker, I had to hold power on button for 2 seconds. I paired the speaker with my Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 through Bluetooth.
Bass is awesome in the speaker. Even at 100% volume, there was no distortion.
I also connected the speaker using AUX cable but the sound was lower than the Bluetooth.
Verdict
Under Rs. 3000, Boltt Xplode 130 is an awesome waterproof Bluetooth speaker with punchy bass and loud surround sound. The sound quality is great with 20 W acoustics while connected through Bluetooth.
The battery capacity is great at 3000 mAh. You can buy it from Amazon.
